What really stood out was that he first looked at our documents and then he said he can do it, and he kept his word throughout the process. At the time, we had a number of other loans and just started a business, so we got turned down by a few other brokers who said they can do it, but at the end they couldn't get the loan approved. But Kamran is very professional and I believe his biggest advantage is that he knows how to package the loan and talk to underwriters and satisfy their comments to get the final approval.
